Return Procedure

Q: I received my order and it doesn't fit/something is wrong with it. Can I return or exchange it?

A: You can! If it's a sizing issue, we cannot send a prepaid return label. The customer must pay to send the item back. If it's a defective/damaged item, email for a prepaid return label and follow the below procedure:

  • Merchandise must be returned in NEW condition.
  • All labels, tags, or other items that came with the product must be returned with the item
  • Please include a note with an explanation with the item
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Exchanges and refunds will be processed upon receipt of your return.
  • Price Adjustments are not valid on in-store or online promotions
