Q: I received my order and it doesn't fit/something is wrong with it. Can I return or exchange it?
A: You can! If it's a sizing issue, we cannot send a prepaid return label. The customer must pay to send the item back. If it's a defective/damaged item, email email@example.com for a prepaid return label and follow the below procedure:
- Merchandise must be returned in NEW condition.
- All labels, tags, or other items that came with the product must be returned with the item
- Please include a note with an explanation with the item
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Exchanges and refunds will be processed upon receipt of your return.
